Overview
This service is ideal for body corporates. It can be onerous for body corporate (BC) committees to commission work from building contractors or building professionals to conduct repairs for subsidence, fix building defects and the like. BC members often have neither the time nor the expertise and often waste money commissioning the wrong type of contractors.

Case Study
BEXA project managed successful subsidence repair works for a large townhouse complex’s BC that affected five townhouses. We commissioned additional works for future risk mitigation, and later commissioned successful repair works for roof-truss failures affecting two common area structures.
