Case Study
BEXA was commissioned by a large premium hotel group to investigate causation for water ingress only to a flagship hotel building. Our investigation identified two major unrelated defects. One was early stage concrete cancer, the other corrosion to an exo-skeletal steel frame. Both defects were major and had serious risk implications to occupants and the public had they been left to further deteriorate.
