BEXA has thorough experience in providing legal reports and subsequent expert witness attendance in tribunals or courts. Our first attendance is generally to attend an ‘experts conclave’ where experts sit before a tribunal member to resolve as many conflicted issues as possible. Then, generally, a ‘Scott report’ is created listing opposing experts’ opinions in vertical columns with another column to provide the outcome of the conclave discussion. As an expert, BEXA’s duty is to assist the tribunal, which overrides any obligation to any parties to the proceeding.
